3600 square feet in Lakewood. Last month's bill was $251. Detached corner house on a hill.... I think the newer houses (like mine) are better insulated. We keep our thermostat around 68 to 70, but definitely 70 when it was so so cold.

For people who keep it on 68-70, do you have good insulation, or are you always wearing sweaters or cold?

The increase is on the actual usage. Delivery also went up a little. 30% was based on usage charge
