So I use Telzeq and have a plan of $31/month
I am on Autopay and just noticed the most recent payment was for $42
I reached out to the company and they claim its a price increase due to inflation.
Increase by $10 per month!!! This is for a basic plan.

Can anyone help me figure it out. Which company do you use for your home phone/landline, and how much do you pay?

It's Voice over Internet, meaning that your landline works through Internet connection. Check with your Internet provider to see if they offer a package together with your Internet service - Optimum does. Otherwise, you can buy a device like Ooma for a one-time charge, and then all you pay is taxes which should be less than $5 a month.

How much do you pay? We currently paying over $120 for Optimum Internet & phone (used to be $89). We tried calling & Optimum just say well it was a promotion... we can give you $5 off for 6 months, but then it goes up even more.

Which service from exchange? Do you have lifeline?
Exchange offers Verizon or optimum and it's cheaper with lifeline. If you have medicaid/foodstamps, you're eligible for lifeline.
