Protein crackers
pulled chicken (leftovers) on top of a plate of vegetables with chummus and techina

Israeli salad
2 spelt sourdough crackers

about 8-10 grapes

2 helpings of meatballs and (rice pasta) spaghetti
roasted vegetables
a full cup of homemade-from-scratch chocolate pudding made pareve with oat milk and sweetened with honey (in honor of a kid's bday)

2sticks margarine
1cup oil
1cup sugar
2cups brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4eggs
3 cups flour
4 cups oats
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups pecans(or almonds)
1 bar Alprose baking chocolate (chopped)
Cream margarine and sugars gradually add rest of ingredients
I use large scooper to form balls it flattens on its own
350 convention bake for 14-16 min
(I use spelt flour)
I freeze them individually wrapped in plastic wrap and microwave for 15 sec and ya

It's actually really cathartic to write this out lol:
Am:
SO pareve yogurt vanilla flavor with handful of raw almonds and raw walnuts
Coffee with almond milk and 6 chocolate chip cookies, handful of cookie poppers bought for Shabbos
Water
Late lunch
Half an avocado, half a chicken cutlet leftover in the fridge, handful of spinach with a tablespoon of thousand Island dressing
Dinner
1 bowl of chicken soup, three servings of potato kugel, for small candies, two handfuls of dried papaya, seltzer unflavored

Ice pop.

Today I had
A big French vanilla coffee with 2 rugalach for breakfast
A salad with Pretzels and jalapeño dip for lunch
Fettuccine Alfredo for supper.
And that's where my eating was supposed to end for the night but oh well.... I had most of the big pop-a-nosh popcorn bag. Chocolate and some candy all after 10... 🥲

Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup for a very very late breakfast
I'm pregnant and still bit nauseous in mornings so I end up with late breakfast

Very late Lunch: Breaded Cauliflower and frozen microwavable jasmine rice with some sweet sauce and spicy mayo to taste

Paskesz strawberry fruit snacks (they're addictive)

Supper I ate at 8:
Creamy squash soup with croutons
2 seared chicken cutlets
Mashed potatoes Tongue Out

Drinking tons of water all day from my stanley that keeps my water ice cold.
Still noshing on those fruit snacks
And finished a osem onion bissli
And I'm craving chulent with SOUR PICKLES....

Today I ate blueberries and plain yogurt and apple

And right now I'm in the process of finishing a half a box of Honey Bunches of Oats with milk. ( me hungry)

I can't check my glucose level on shabbos, so I hope to not fress too much Friday night seuda

Maybe I will post motzeh shabbos so that I'll make an effort to remember what I'll eat so I won't subconsciously nosh all day n night

I realized that on shabbos I literally nonstop!
I don't even know if I'll remember...
Friday night, challah, tons of it, with fish and humus and soup and roast
Shabbos morning 2 plates of chulent, more challah (I love my challah) with honey and pudding cake and rugalach and chocolate chip cookies and a cup of cocoa pebbles n soy and omg I don't even remember, because I just ate so so much...

4 slices of french toast made from the challah from shabbos with maple syrup

bag of kliks kariot pillows and a half slice of kokosh cake

some chocolate chips and crumbs from oatmeal cookie

2 gummi bears

I ate after 5 (almost 7) so I tried not to eat too much supper so a half of a small schnitzel and a spoon of mashed potatoes

I'm reading all the responses and I'm so jealous ppl!! I did the sleeve weight loss surgery 2 months ago. I can't eat a thing!! 3 bites of chicken and I feel like throwing up! I feel so sad 😢 I lost a major comfort and that is food! I can't eat!!!! Only very little..
