Has anyone bought a comfortable pair of heels that can be worn shabbos and to a Simcha? I hate wearing heels but sometimes I just have to and they usually really hurt me. If anyone can post links to shoes that might get me through a few hours of standing, walking and dancing without being in excruciating pain, I would so appreciate it.

I really enjoy my Stuart weitzman heels. They are very comfortable for me. I can wear em for a good few fours before feeling my feet.

ahh , too much money 🙈. Just looked it up and they’re a fortune… hopefully there’s another company that makes comfortable heels for cheaper🙏

Also mine are still in gorgeous condition I got a few pairs as a kallah. Over 9 years ago. (I don’t have a lot of simchos) but still wore them quite a bit.

I wear Rockport heels. They are padded inside and usually have a rubber sole which helps a lot.

Anne Klein Carole Pump- better worn at a simcha than walking around on uneven sidewalks but they are pretty comfy as far as heels go.

I bought heels that are fairly comfortable and then took them to the shoe repair to add something called "dancing soles". It's a foam or rubber added to the bottom of the shoe and heel which helps absorb the impact from walking/dancing, instead of your foot. I can now say these shoes are truly comfortable. I prefer them over my lower heeled shoes.

Not particularly stylish, but a simple black low heeled pump. they can be worn all day and all night long. I've been on my feet for 12 hour workdays in these shoes and nary a foot pain... I've purchased them twice in the past 4 years since I wear them to death. And while I love my 5 inch stilettos, I would probably wear these to a simcha at this point because I have ankle issues at the moment, and because they'd look just fine. Highly recommend.

If you're referring to the typical heeled pump, and not comfort brands . I find my SJP black pumps are the most bearable.
