How to clean my jewelry so they sparkle?

I’d like to hear about true and tried methods how to clean my diamond jewelry so they sparkle?

I put mine in boiling water with dish soap. Swirl it around a bit & then scrub with a toothbrush. Then rinse. It sparkles beautifully after.

I take a dish with hot water. Spray up my jewelry with windex and drop it into bowl. Let it soak and then gently brush with a toothbrush to get out gunk from all over. Comes out nice and sparkly!

I used to do this. Until I heard my stone rattle and ran to have it reset. The constant hot water slowly loosened the setting.

I have everyday stuff steamed before pesach. otherwise, ammonia or mr clean diluted with some water. brush with an old tooth brush after
