I have a guest coming for shabbos who can only eat minimal sugar (maple syrup, honey etc.. are fine). no other health restrictions.
what yummy dessert can I make that doesn't have too much sugar (if I used only 1/4cup instead of 2cups of sugar for cookies I don't think itll taste good)
thanks!

We put out roasted nuts my husband makes every week, fruit and very dark chocolate.
If your meal is good, that’s definitely enough.

Chocolate bark using sugar free chocolate?
Melt 1 cup natural peanut butter and 3/4 cup honey together in microwave or pot.
Add 3 cups rolled oats. Flatten into bars. They're no bake.
Serve with banana ice cream. Google how to make that, I've never done it but looks good. With cocoa I think.

Thanks!
Are there any cookie or cake recipes that somehow have less sugar? Like using dates to sweeten? It doesn’t have to be gf, but I’m noticing the two kinda go together a lot
