Are you able /do you get homecare/cdpap for when you bring them home (shabbos etc..)

Depending on the agency you are working with, you can definitely get a staff member to come to your house for shabbos and even travel with you depending on the circumstances (wheelchair bound, etc) and if someone is available. Reach out to your case manager or house supervisor to see if they can arrange it.
