I need some inspiration and it needs to satisfy my sephardi husband lol
I usually make Moroccan fish and a meat dish (lamb, roast, chicken tagine, baksh) with some fresh salads. I’m getting a little bored though. Help!

bukharian fish:
take tilapia or salmon fillet soak in salt for a few minutes and rinse
pat dry
dip into flour both sides
and fry in hot oil
turn over and take out
sauce:at least 5 garlics pressed, lots of chopped cilantro, salt and water
before serving (during the meal ) dip the fried fish into the garlic water and serve
(after we fry the fish many also fry random 1/2s of rye bread or pita bread and when we serve the fish on shabbat dip the fried bread in the garlic water and serve near the fish - to be eaten immediately)

I hope I was clear

Persian abgoosht with tadig rice. When I can't think of what to make, I do a Persian stew - usually this, ghormeh sabzi, or khoresht gheymeh.

I don’t know what half of these foods are! We aren’t Persian lol. Can you elaborate? I’m sure they are delicious
