A garlid press, pomegranate deseeder, spatula with cute words on it, silpat baking mat, tongs for flipping fried foods. There's an endless amount of kitchen gadgets

How about a lid flipper for getting hard to open jar tops off? You could do a poem about not flipping your lid during marriage (ie getting angry). This is a very useful tool.

A can opener- don't open any cans of worms
Napkin holder or paper towel dispenser- always clean up after yourself (and that includes everyone! )
Salt and pepper shakers- a little seasoning and spice can never hurt
Spoon rest- take time to rest and relax together
Cute matching coffee mugs - coffee makes the world a better place
Box grater- iyH married life will just get greater and greater!
