For someone who can't or doesn't want to use the name Adina, how else would you translate the name "Aidel" into Hebrew?

I know you said you didn't want to use it, but Adina, meaning delicate/refined, is closest

No. It means refined. There isn’t a perfect word for it in English probably because it’s not a virtue in our society, but it’s not the same as beautiful.

Aidel means noble. In Hebrew אציל
IMHO Adela or Adele is the closest name.

Correct
Despite that English is a very rich language it's difficult to explain the true connotation in English.

I thought Adel/ Adele was a name too, which means aidel/ refined/ equivalent of Adina.

Malka would also work
