My daughter is 2.
When she was a baby she was really constipated. By her perineum there is a bit of extra skin. ped says its from when she pushed and strained as a baby 
I want to go for a second opinion to a pediatric gyno for her. we have fidelis and live in queens. but ill take her anywhere- brooklyn, long island, monsey... I just want to make sure everything is ok
doesnt hurt her that I know of, she never indicated to me otherwise

I never used her personally, but I've heard of Dr. Glynthia Trotman at Mt Sinai (could be I spelled her name wrong)

That’s the wrong type of doctor to go to. Sounds more like you should see a colorectal dr.
