Does anyone have advice for a fifteen month old who doesn’t sleep enough?
Note: not “isn’t sleep trained” we sleep trained and she goes to sleep beautifully, she just seems to need very sleep.
Stays asleep less than eight hours with minimal naps. I’m putting her to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 pm.

What makes you think she isn't sleeping enough? It's she very tired when she's awake?
She might just not need as much sleep.

This is normal for a toddler. Not all toddlers need 12 hours. My toddler often goes on 8-9 hours of sleep, no nap, and isn't cranky by day. Some kids need less sleep.

Are there room darkeners on the windows in her room? Does she have a sound machine?
Many kids wake up as soon as it's light outside, regardless of when they go to sleep.
