I'm interested in going there because I need a one-stop shop that can do repairs on-site, etc. but I don't know anyone personally who has gone and I'd like to know what the atmosphere is like. Will I be given the time of day and helped patiently or is it the type that there will be a million women behind me all waiting for me to get off the chair and the stylists have no time?

If you make an appointment you will get attention for your 15 minute slot. They do a good job and I've been happy there, though not all repairs are done in house. Elishevas salon does all repairs in house if you'd prefer that.
