He has friends and he like hanging out with them and playing sports. But he doesn't care about almost anything else.
He doesn't care about his grades, getting detention in school, wearing deodorant, showering, his clothes including his suit. Everything is pushed off. We have to beg him to shave, choose a purim costume, brush his hair and get a haircut. He would rather not go on a family vacation and would prefer to stay home and do nothing. He's impossible to get out of bed on shabbos and doesn't go to shul.
The weird (and I guess good) part is that he is mostly in a good mood (except when we're nagging him) and he seems relatively happy. But his laziness is driving us crazy. He's completely unmotivated about everything. Any advice?

Evaluate for adhd . Lack of motivation is def one of the signs, even if his mood is stable
