Did your baby go through a sleep regression at 4 months? Any tips on how to deal? my baby is starting to skip 1 or 2 of his naps a day, but he's happy as ever. I just hope it doesn't affect his nighttime sleep he just started sleeping well. any tips on how to keep your baby regulated through sleep regressions and growth spurts?

my kids sleep terribly until around 7 months when I sleep train them. then they still aren't great sleepers but once they are down to one nap a day at a year we have more of a consistent sleep schedule that usually works

This is just out of the newborn stage where they start needing less sleep. Check sleep charts online to see of he is getting enough sleep relative to his age.
