Is it possibe to purchase 1 song from amazon music or any other site to download to mp3 device?

Yes. Amazon, Apple, MostlyMusic, all offer music for purchase and download (usually $1/track).

having such a difficult time with amazon
it's adding music to play list but I don't think I'm purchasing anything

If you give me the name of a song you're looking for, I can give you an exact link.

If not, do the following:

1. Search for the song on Amazon. Click on it.

2. If it opens in the Amazon Music player (most do for me), look for the 3 little "more" dots to the right of the song name.

3. Choose "Buy MP3 Song" from the menu.

I clicked on 3 dots but I don't think had the option to buy mp3 It gave me option to dowload I believe but nothing is showing up in my file

Mostly music is great, can cost more than I-tunes but it's worth it, not to have to see the images on the itunes music. I can go on with my kids and they can choose songs. There is also a selection of free songs and free videos.

Oh I think I got it now! tysm! I signed up to amazon music but I guess thats just a live stream?
now I went to amazon regular site and I believe it will work
