I've always done meat, but now hearing so many people do chicken. What do you do? And which is more traditional?

Ground beef, mixed with garlic, soy sauce, and teriyaki. I like the slight oriental twist. I cook them by steaming, too, rather than drop into water.

(steamer pan over boiling salted water. Spray pan with a little oil spray)

Steaming? Interesting! Sounds good!
For how long? How do you know when the beef is fully cooked?

Most traditional is to use some type of cooked meat - not ground beef. I remember my grandmother grinding it although today people would use a food processor.

I used boiled soup chicken , chopped and mixed with sautéed onions , spices, eggs , and some chili sauce . I fried the kreplach so they wouldn’t fall apart , per a recommendation here , and I’ve been noshing on them all night! So addictive !

We don’t eat meat so I do chicken. I do it in all different ways not traditional. For example ground chicken with rich and sauce and veggies in puff pastry

My leftover meat sauce or hamburgers from supper. I love that I can recycle the food and it doesn't go to waste.
