Heartfelt appreciation for all the hard work you put in to teaching our son.
We know he is in good hands, when he comes home every day with a smile.

Purim Sameach.

Thank you. Was scratching my head.

How would you translate the verb form - appreciate? I'm trying to write (for a driver that waits more often than I'd like it to happen) Thank you. Your work is really appreciated, on the envelope.
I want to express appreciation without exactly spelling out that I keep on making him wait...

I think I'll bow out of the yiddish help, as I don't speak a word of yiddish - gurnisht Smile

איך וויל זיך באדאנקן פאר אלעס וואס איר טוט…..

איך וויל נעמען די געלעגנהייט צו אייך זאגן יישר כח פאר אייער געטריישאפט…..

I spent almost 3 hours writing notes in yiddish for all 6 gannanot my kids have…. I threw out the drafts because it was torturous… these lines was how I started them…..

Do you speak Yiddish?
If so, why can't you translate what I wrote in English to Yiddish?

Yes what you wrote translates nicely.
