Saw some interesting Purim costumes this year.

Port a potty.

Family with one parent being a toilet, the kids were poop emojis and the other parent was the plumber.

Saw several piglets as part of winnie the pooh family theme (but thought I should mention it since it was a controversial costume on imamother).

Saw some pretty butterflies.

Did you see any interesting, fun, unique, weird, inappropriate, etc costumes? What were your favorites?

I can't wrap my head around why people would do those costumes...so offputting imo..

Poor kids. I wonder if they understood what they were dressed up as!
I think the pigs are already better than the toilet theme although I was very anti-pigs on that thread.
I love original themes but there are so many thousands of ideas why would people stoop so low?

I saw a man with a tshirt that read “daughter in shidduchim, scan for her resume” with a QR code to scan.
Loved it. I’m 100% sure his daughter agreed or even thought of it herself! Great sense of humor!

I saw the "poo"rim costume too. The father is a plumber so I found it funny. But yeah would never do that myself tho.

I saw a husband and wife Viking couple;

I saw an entire family dressed as the cast of Encanto.

Anon because my husband went as Jughead (from Archie comics). He made his costume himself Smile

I saw a family dressed as bees. The mother was a queen bee and the father was a wanna-bee! On the back of his shirt were different symbols of organizations (Hatzolah, Chaveirim etc)

A family dressed up as a matzah bakery. The kids wore white aprons and held matzah boxes for mm, the baby stroller had a big square “oven” on it with a bright orange light inside.

One of my kids worriedly asked if they are going to “burn their baby” lol!

I can’t get over the toilet and poop theme. Why would people do that? I don’t like to use this word but this theme is really ugly.

I'm gonna guess something chocolatey. Very Happy

And maybe some Golden Flow? I can't see that brand name without thinking of urine. Sorry if I just ruined it for anyone.
