What do chores look like in your home?

Do you have some sort of reward system? Do they naturally help out? Do you give them a choice of a few options and they pick? Did you just give up and not ask for anything? And etc....

Speficilly would love to hear from parents of preteens and teens.
When my kids where younger it was easier - we would make cleanup into a game, offer a story when done and etc....

Those aren't working as well anymore for my older ones....so looking for some new ideas

(Talking about things like cleaning up after themselves or helping around the house (nothing crazy - like setting the table, or helping clean up for ten minutes for shabbos....)
