This is so exciting.
I'm the mother of a large teenager, who spent many years crying in dressing rooms because she wanted clothing just like her friends but nothing fit.
You should be gebentched for trying to prevent even 1 little girl from feeling like that.

Keep trying all brands. For my daughters specific uniform, we were successful with Classbury oxfords and Fraylich specially measured/length skirts.

This dress is very wide. I actually think it’s a mistake. I ordered size 16 for my 12 year old daughter. The length is fine but the width is so incredibly wide. You might even want to take it in. It took 3 weeks for the dress to arrive.

Please don’t call your DD obese, not in front of her or behind her back. You can say she is husky, chubby, overweight as opposed to obese, and at the age of 6 you are setting her up for a potential eating habit if this is something you focus on in front of her too. Being formerly extremely Obese this really struck me. I really hope you can find her some pretty clothes so she feels like everyone else. Thankfully the Jewish stores are expanding into the plus size world at a rapid pace so hopefully they will start making childrens sizes real soon.

As a mom of 3 plus sized daughter I just want to bring up Something a lil off topic here that I wish someone would've told me 15 years ago.
Take the time to figure out what is causing the extreme weight.
Did u discuss this with her pediatrician?
Did u do metabolic panel?
Is it gluten that she might be extremely sensitive to that blowing her up?
Is it a sensory issue that she always needs something in her mouth and sometimes eats herself sick not realizing that she is full?
The world is a tough place for overweight kids (especially girls, and I'm sparing words here believe me) and it is important to keep the balance of accepting and loving her and not talking about weight, just "healthier choices"... Yet at the same time figuring out how to make things better for her .

You are 100% right. And we have explored many of these options and I am very careful to make her not self-conscious.
I actually think that sensory eating is part of the issue but what do you do about that? Let her chew gum all day?
My daughter always has to be moving or doing something
She also has hypothyroid which we treat. But she never gets full
Also, there is a huge genetic component which is very difficult
If you have anything that worked I would be very open to hearing

Would you be able to add sizes like 16, 18, 20?
I think my daughter needs 16 plus. I buy loose styles for my 10 year old and size 16 is just too tight at the shoulders, underarms, and I need to return. She doesn't fit, nor can she fit, into adult clothes.
ETA: I see you wrote until age 14, not size 14, is that correct? That would be so nice if I can drive down to Monsey on Sunday to check out your dresses in size 16 plus.
