I have an Avanti Countertop Oven with two 12 X 16 racks, that are both usable at the same time, with a 12" high interior thats amazing, you can squeeze 4 9 X 12 tins in at the same time, but its no longer made.
Frum stores told me that the largest countertop oven is the Hamilton Beach, but thats way smaller.
Amazon has many available in little known brand names, with not great ratings, but Id risk one for Pesach, but Amazon doesnt offer size of racks and size of interior of oven.
Does anyone have an XL Countertop Oven that they like, thats available to buy, with similar size as my Avanti?
