I don’t know if you need someone with just the name Binyamin, if not then besides for what other people already answered there is the K’sav Sofer. His name was Shmuel Binyamin.

I came to post R Binyamin Finkel known as R' Binyamin the Tzadik but I see someone beat me to it!
The Ksav Sofer was Avraham Shmuel Binyamin.

Binyomin from the shvatim is well-known as a holy tzaddik. He is listed by the Gemara as one of the 7 people who never sinned.
Shevet Binyomin remained faithful to the melech and to Hashem when other shevatim sadly strayed in pursuit of idol worship.
All 10 of Binyomin's sons were named after his sorrow and longing for his lost brother, Yosef hatzaddik. It resembles the galus and longing for connection and geula.
His chelek in EY includes the holy city of Yerushalayim.
Btw, from what I understand, if you are a Yisrael (and not a Cohen or Levi), you are most likely from shevet Binyomin so it's likely a great great great
... grandfather to your baby. I could be wrong on this but I remember hearing this.
