DD 11 has dark upper lip hair that she wants to remove. I don't want to do anything drastic that will cause the hair to grow thicker and fast. Is there some type of natural hair bleach? Maybe something I can concoct at home from natural ingredients?
(She doesn't want to wax it off, she's afraid.)
TIA

Hydrogen peroxide, the kind used for first aid. It doesn't work very fast so you'll have to use it repeatedly. Mix with baking soda to form a paste and apply for 5 minutes, then rinse off.

Thank you. After how many uses can we expect results? Is it safe to use every day or will it irritate the skin?
