Coconut Aminos. I think in the past coconut secrets brand was okay for pesach but you should look into it for this year.

They make KFP soysauce. I get it every year. It's a little thicker and sweeter than regular soysauce, but still good.

Sold in all the major supermarkets in Israel, but can probably be ordered online.

May be kitniot, IDK because I eat kitniot so don't pay attention.

Since most consider soy to be kitniyot, you won't find real soy sauce that doesn't have kitniyot. There is an imitation soy sauce that is made for pesach and doesn't have kitniyot. It is expensive and not amazing. In Israel it's available from liebers and sold where imported products are sold.

Lieber's KLP imitation soy sauce is really nasty. I avoid it.

I find the Liebers stuff fine as an ingredient, where I'm putting it together with many other things. It does the job it needs to do. We have coconut allergies in our family, so the aminos aren't an option for us.

I'm so confused, OU says it's not approved for this year, but several other places (JSOR, KIB/R Eidlitz) say it's good for this year.

I'll probably call and ask, but if anyone here knows anything, please share.

You can add extra salt.

Salt is not at all similar in flavor to soy sauce.

What are you making? I would use a variety of different options depending on the overall dish. I don't use coconut aminos or imitation soy sauce (gross). But for example, in a roast of mine, I'm using balsamic vinegar with salt and maybe a drop of brown sugar to balance (gotta taste it first) but I think it will give the right flavor profile for the dish.

For example if I want to do a stir-fry, what can I use to have that soy sauce flavour?
Or just use it for chicken by itself?

Op, I hope you find the replacement you are looking for.
Personally one of the things I love the most about Pesach food, is the authentic fresh taste of the food. I don't buy any of the substitutes available out there and stick to salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, sugar cinnamon and lemon juice. I find that the flavour of the food really pops when it isn't smothered under sauces and other condiments.

Soy sauce is salty though, so if you leave it out of a recipe, you should probably at least add some extra salt.

I once bought KLP Imitation soy sauce, a few years ago, yuck, will never buy again. I will just not make receipes that use soy sauce. Pesach is just 1 week, I learned to manage without it.

For a stir fry you could use a little chicken stock/bouillon for flavor.

Google homemade soy sauce Passover or Pesach.
Here's a link: https://www.thekosherchannel.c......html
I have no idea if it'll work.

Other ideas are to get some umami, like powdered broths, or mushrooms. (I don't know if dried mushrooms are available for Pesach and if so, reasonably priced. Or if you use mushrooms.)
