I just did a little research- looks like shirtstop might be the cheapest.
I had a $10 gift card from them. Free shipping so I think I did well but yes, still expensive for a young growing boy.

The ones from Shirt stop are not the same as other stores. They sell wrinkle free which are poly/cotton (blue label) the other stores sell non-iron which is just cotton (green label). We like the non-iron better.
