Did this happen to anyone else?
I ordered 5 pairs of the surprise color ONLY because of the price. I received an email over shabbos that I saw on motzai shabbos saying that they ran out of 3 of the sizes in the surprise so instead they made an order for 3 pairs at colors that they decided for full price! The cost of 3 pairs was almost triple all 5 surprises.
I could not find any phone number to reach them so I sent them a strongly worded email. Of course I got a reply saying they will get back to me during business hours, which is a total chutzpah because they placed the order on Saturday not during business hours.
Reading this thread it doesn't seem like a scam but that was my first thought.
How could they do that??
Did it happen to anyone else?
Thoughts?

Thoughts? | No that’s crazy. It’s also illegal. I would assume they will correct it, if not if you paid by credit card the bank will return your money, otherwise you can file with the ftc. I had no issue with mine. Bh.

I agree that that was wrong of them.
They are very slow to respond. Especially if you try to call them, in which case they never return the calls. I tried contacting them last year when they processed my order twice. I wanted to know what I should do with the extra pair they sent me. I'm still waiting for a return phone call, although they finally ended up responding to my email and sent me a free return label.

I have c9 in the pink/blue/gold glitter
