We were seeing a GI in Long Island Jewish a while back. I know she deals with celiac because she was suspicious my son had it (which he didn't) and tested.
The doctor we used was Dr. Hample. I don't know if she's still there.

If you have already been diagnosed, it’s pretty straightforward; no gluten. Some people are diagnosed late and have gi damage. So they have to be more careful about other things.
