I'm making strawberry and chocolate ice creams
Other than that I have no other ideas besides for a macaroon taute recipe that I found on here when I did a search. And maybe chocolate bark and almond clusters.
Need more ideas/recipes please

Is that cut up fruit and jello? Thanks.
That needs to be made fresh. Maybe I'll have time.. I'm cooking now in my pesach kitchen so recipes that I can freeze will be great.. I'll try to keep it in mind though.

Sorbet - Blend any frozen fruit (mango, strawberry, peach...) with some orange juice and sugar to taste. Refreeze. I sometimes get 'fancy' and freeze a layer of mango sorbet in a pan or in dessert cups, then freeze a layer of strawberry sorbet on top.
Healthy and delicious!

ETA: Lemon Ices

1 cup lemon juice
10 cups water
3 cups sugar

boil up, pour into container, freeze, take out and blend it well to create sorbet texture, enjoy!

Can be made a few days in advance and stored in fridge but I guess not frozen. You make jello (1 flavor or 2 in layers) and add diced fruit and/or halved grapes before it solidifies. Looks pretty and is light. Kids love to eat it.

Or serve 3 little scoops in a glass - I used to do kiwi, strawberry, mango - the colors were so effective. If you do kiwi you need to add extra sugar. I would day half blended fruit and half boiled sugar water but orange juice sounds like a good twist.

Grape juice sorbet. Boil the concord grape juice until its reduced. Freeze. Scoops out like sorbet. Great for anyone that doesn't use ingredients on pesach.

Its 2 meringue layers baked in a circle.

We juice lemons, make lemon sorbet then refreeze and serve it in the half lemon shell, yummy and pretty.

Apple compote
Apple crumble
Sandwich ice cream (place a scoop of your ice cream between 3 cookies and then roll the sides of the ice cream in sprinkles, cookie crumbs, or crushed brittle
Raspberry bars
Fudge brownie bars (serve with strawberries, maybe some more ice cream)

Poached pears (ok, that make before and refrigerate) and baked apples
