I’m looking for ideas of good products to stock up on (now when all groceries have an abundance of GF foods) throughout the year for my daughter that has celiac.

Here’s a list of stuff I wish they made year round
Goldbaums brownie bars
Gefen gluten free pasta
Rainbow cake
All kinds of chocolate
Many different chips that are gluten all year but gf for pesach

I stock up on the osem croutons, some cookies and crackers.
Make sure to check expiration dates, and I usually don't overstock, since my child gets bored of the same stuff after a while.

Goldbaums sells the yellow mini croutons all year afaik

First ingredient is listed as matzo meal (wheat flour)
