YI area- Housing prices for future new construction projects for a 5 bedroom home is around 730k base price before any upgrades now. There are smaller and bigger models, but that's the average sized one.
The old construction seems to be selling at higher rates though because it's very competitive and some people don't have option to wait for new building projects to start. There are homes for sale that are on the smaller side that are asking for about 7-8 and those that really big and newly renovated that can be around a million.
Other areas may be cheaper and less competitive.
