I feel like I am pushing myself to clean for Pesach. I am just doing the basics but still. Not excited for the Yom Tov since all I do is cook, serve and clean. Yes, my kids help but there is nothing making me excited for pesach. I pushed my self last year too, but I was in a bad mood at the end. Any ideas how to change my mindset?

I don't think you need to change your mindset. Instead, I think you need to figure out what you do enjoy about yom tov, or what you can do to make it enjoyable for yourself. I think you are working hard to make yom tov enjoyable for everyone but yourself!

Are you unmotivated about other things? Depressed?

This is why I wrote these posts on housekeeping motivation. It is such a a huge job!
The second in the series is inspirational and deals with why we clean for Pesach. We're actually fixing the entire world.
