I want to filter my devices, but don't have a lot of money to spend on it. What are the cheapest recommended options?

App blocking, not content filtering. if your willing to do that, meaning just certain apps are allowed to remain open everything else is blocked and this usually has a 1 time fee not monthly or annual. Most filter providers have this option.

Thanks, I would love a one-time fee instead of recurring monthly charges. But I have a laptop that also needs filtering, so I don't think an app-only filter would work. Please correct me if I'm wrong, and there is a way to use such a setup for a laptop.
