I need a fool-proof burn-proof amazing stove top Chulent recipe, made a in pot - for a 3 Day Y"T, because I dont want to leave my crockpot on all Yom Tov.

Potatoes, sweet potatoes, other root veggies (carrots, etc.), chicken or meat to your liking, salt, onions, garlic if you use it, tomatoes, wine/grape juice, water, maybe some eggs....it will be soupy because no barley, etc. to thicken up. Not likely to burn.

Same as crock pot recipe, only it's on the blech. Not much to change. Pesach chulent is kinda like goulash... meat and potatoes. It's hard to glamorize it... and it thankfully doesn't burn easily because of lack of barley.
