How to get rid of black heads

My beautiful teen has lots of black heads. How do we get rid of it?

Dermatologist? Cream? Scrub? Facial?

I’m clueless.

So appreciate any tips.

Aside from good face washing twice a day, she should use a chemical exfoliator with BHA regularly to keep them at bay.

Wash face daily, avoid fatty foods and possibly dairy. Change sheets regularly.
