Yes sometimes! (Rarely)
My son got a brand new good quality old style suit,100%wool. We took it and spent $80 on alterations! He was so happy!

A few years ago they gave out white shirts anther time they gave out winter coat
I have not gone in a few years so I don't know if they gave out last year.

Every Tuesday at 8.00 but it moved to a warehouse on oak street accross from lake terrace.
My husband went tonight and there was very little produce so everything was extremely limited! I was so disappointed, I was counting on it!
