My daughter aged 14 months has inverted toes. We've been to one local podiatrist but did not feel she was the best. Anyone have experience with an amazing pediatric podiatrist? Would travel to NYC as well. We will gladly pay out of pocket.

No way a podiatrist. That's a bunion doctor. See an orthopedic who specializes in this.

If you are willing to go to Northwell Health (LIJ) Dr. John Paul DiMauro is an incredible doctor who has been seeing my daughter for many years (we still go to him even having moved out of the NY area). He takes a wholistic approach to things, and doesn't rush to operate even when others might (I have heard this from more than one other person whom I have referred, besides having seen it myself). Plus side is that he has an amazing bedside manner.
But yes for club foot and things like that you need an orthopedist, not a podiatrist. Unless you mean a different condition.

Actually podiatry today is very different than it used to be. Any of the newer podiatrists r much more trained on feet than orthopedist. The amount of schooling is the same orthopedist generalize in the whole body without specialization. Podiatrist is a foot specialist
Before they graduate residency podiatrist have to do a few hundred foot surgeries orthopedists have to do approx 10
If your looking for someone in bp dr edelstein podiatrist is amazing !!

Your kid may have Metatarsus Adductus which a podiatrist definitely treats

Yes it's probably something like this, I was told it's like a mild clubfoot. But although kids usually grow out of it, I was told my daughter definitely will not.
My pediatrician referred me to the first podiatrist we saw, but I wasn't so impressed. So I would like to get a second opinion.
