Google JSOR Pesach guide 2023 , its a great comprehensive guide for sephardic people about which products are allowed and not allowed.
Also has other Pesach resources (sephardic minhagim and halachot)
The NY/NJ area has numerous supermarkets that carry kitniyot products.
Probably Florida and LA too ( I don't know where you are based)

I am laughing, reminded of when I came home from supermarket with green beans. Not that we had them growing up, but I still can't figure out why they should be considered kitniyos! Luckily we had some Sefardi neighbors who were happy to take them off my hands.
