The Perfect Fudgy Brownie (Grain-Free, Paleo, Gluten Free)

https://deliciouslyorganic.net.....aleo/

I use 4 Tbs coconut oil instead of the butter (as per the comments) and use brown sugar (I think light but it doesn't really matter if dark) instead of the coconut sugar. I've made these as either mini muffins or even doubled in a cookie sheet pan

Try sally's baking addiction website. Great brownie recipes. I substituted oil for butter (2/3 cup of oil for 1 c. butter)

We make it in a disposable pan. Not a real pan. Or maybe you baked it too long
We make it for Shabbos always and it’s the real deal. Best recipe - I tried so many till I got this one.

Did you cut down on the sugar?

This is perfection. See if you can get a 9x11 shallow brownie pan/shallow lasagna pan. Comes out even better.

Unbelievable Brownies
• 4 large eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar OR 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 cup potato starch OR tapioca starch
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Whisk together eggs, sugar, and oil. Add the salt, vanilla, cocoa, and starch and mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
Pour into greased 9x11 brownie pan.
Bake in oven preheated to 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes.

Do you use a mixer or do it by hand ?
