Dh is going to be joining daf yomi tomorrow and I want to buy him something small to show I’m proud of him. Any cute ideas?

My opinion is no gift now. When my DH started I just ignored. He needed to be self motivated. B”H he finished the 7 1/2 years. Some mornings we would be commuting on the train and he would fall asleep listening to the daf. I said nothing. It wasn’t my project - it was his.

This is a big philosophy of mine.

Maybe bake him something yummy? Or make him an extra nice lunch?

shtender. although I second the ima who said it's his project. and a big one at that. for sure be supportive and express your joy and pride. my hubby BH started last yr and is still going strong. he does miss a shiur here and there maybe 3 or 4 a mth but not my business....
maybe wait and get a gift when he finishes first lot

In that case, you know him best and know what he might appreciate

Maybe a keychain. That can be a good luck charm ?

You can get bookmarks with like little charms on the end... Would he enjoy? Like maybe a bookmark with a small fidget charm on the end? Like to help him focus?

I really really love this and want to get it for dh but it is soooo expensive. Anyone have a similar idea? My dh isn't starting, he has been going along this whole cycle

My husband wouldn't appreciate and would feel pressured. You know your husband best though. Is this an easy decision for him that hes excited about? Has he been learning consistently until now and is just making it more goal oriented now?

I got this one for my husband and it's beautiful. Every time he finishes a masechta the kids all dance with him after he puts on the next marker. It's still expensive, but $120 less than the other brand: https://inpressandco.com/shop/.....-yomi
