Use the bathtub. Much easier.

You put water in, then the crockpot bag, and then in the bag you put parchment paper?
So under all the food?

kashered last night just so I have more time and now the kids and dh can organize the rest of the house while I cook. Just made it easier I am trying to do things in a more relaxed manner and not be so pressured. We are having pesachdik shabbos. If anyone wants chometz they can eat outside I left the toaster oven out. Sometimes we plug it in on the porch if we really need to.
