Is this worth the price?
And if yes, which recipes are good with it

Bump. I see it's now 23 dollars for under 7 cups worth! Is it worthwhile?
Does it make cakes taste like chometz?

Everything I've ever made with it had a great taste and texture. I can't tell you if it tastes like chometz because I'm gluten free all year round, but as far as gluten free flours go, it's pretty amazing.

Do you make normal recipes and just substitute exact amounts? As in if a recipe asks for 2 cups flour, you add 2 cups of the blend? Same baking time?
