My oven is at 500 for sour dough. It will be done at approx 6:45 pm. I have white chocolate chip cranberry cookies I want to bake after. I don’t have time for my oven temp to lower. What do I do? Bake them with the oven door open and the oven off? Cook them on the stove?

Lower the temp as soon as you can and open the door

Set the oven to 350 and bake them regular, probably just not as long. I wouldn't make with the door open because cookies will probably deflate

Recipe calls for 10-12 mins. How many would you do?
