They like raw vegetable. But I need something to fill them up. We don’t eat gebrochts. They don’t go for sweet or savory kugels.
Is their any other ideas? .

Mashed potatoes
Roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes
French fries
Roasted beets
You said raw vegetables, You can also do a big lettuce salad at every meal. Cucumbers, avocado, tomatoes (can be peeled in that's your minhag), nuts.
You can bake eggplant, scoop out the flesh, add some mayo for babaganosh. This adds nice taste to the salad.

Assuming you are talking about meals other than the seder itself, how about dairy meals?
Something like:
- Salad with beets, goat cheese, walnuts and endive
Do you eat quinoa? That makes a nice side dish.

Carrot salad. Jicama or kohlrabi coleslaw. Filling bc they're root veggies and also raw

Let them be in charge of making 1 side at every meal
Whatever they like
You’ll be surprised at what they come up
Also their future wives will thank you

Probably cut up potatoes or sweet potatoes, drizzled with oil or melted shmaltz if you do that, baked until starting to get crunchy.
Anything grilled.
