My DD once had this with pinworms. She was older but there was blood in the toilet.

She had awful diarrhea. But it didn’t come from the back was definitely in the front of her diaper.

I don't know. Can you at least speak to a doctor by phone or do a virtual visit via videoconference? My insurance includes 24/7 virtual visits, available instantly.

diarrhea can cause bleeding internally and externally. if she had really bad diarrhea that's probably it, and it explains the booboo too. I'd see if the upset stomach clears up - if it happens again then definitely take her to the doctor.

She said she had a boo-boo. How verbal is she. Can you ask her about it? Did she fall, scratch herself, did someone give her a boo-boo?
I would imagine it is absolutely nothing

My 2 year old had the same thing. Little blood from her private area, saw small cut, think It came from irritation.
