How do you make them into donut holes?

Some grocery chains carry them or carry their own store brand frozen manufactured dough that may have hashgachah as well. I know some of my local chains have.

Separate the balls onto a cookie sheet or pan and let them rise a few hours until it’s double in size. I think I broke the balls in half but you can play around with the size. Roll into balls. Fry in a pot of oil until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, vanilla glaze or chocolate frosting. Alternatively, roll in confectioner sugar.
Serve immediately.

I went to the website and typed in Brooklyn, NY, and the following came up (These aren't active inventories, but I think what their general distribution is):
1. Wegmans Food Market (Carrying 5 loaf white bread dough)
21 Flushing Ave
Brooklyn, NY 11205
2. Target (Carrying 36 ct dinner rolls)
139 Flatbush Ave
Brooklyn, NY 11217
718-290-1109
3.Stop & Shop (Carrying 36 ct dinner rolls)
625 Atlantic Ave
Brooklyn, NY 11217
4. Target Express (Carrying 36 ct dinner rolls)
2101 Church Ave
Brooklyn, NY 11226
3.3 mi
I think if you are more specific on your ZIP you'll find even more options.

For shavuous I make a flower cheese bread with it . Let rise partially. Wrap 1/4 cheese stick in each ball and tuck seam under. Put into round pans and let rise again. Sprinkle middle ball with Parsley garlic mixture and egg wash all balls . Bake. Comes out delicious and amazing challah or appetizer for shavuous.
