For me-
A good brisk walk with a friend every evening works just fine.
For you-
Everyone likes different things, has preferences as to what they call leisure time- so it is a VERY individual question.
For Everyone-
As long as you set aside 1 hour a day, to do ... just whatever you want or dont want to do.

I sing. My life out of the office is an opera. (out of the office bc I work around men....otherwise I'm not usually around anyone but my kids...)

It's definitely a juggling act. Sometimes I'm better at it than others. The most important thing for me is to make sure my husband and I have some time together. It keeps me sane, and is the reminder I need as to where and why this all began. There are days when I just wanna cry. Pesach was a nightmare. I try and take it one day at a time. Do little things for yourself (I'm not one to talk, haha). Keep upbeat!
