I am Bh going up to the country this summer for 4 weeks.
I have 2 sinks at home (rental, some previous tenant added it BH)
Growing up, my parents always had 2.

Please teach me how to handle it.

Can I put dishes in to sit? Use hot water for both milk and meat? (not simultaneously)
I am not bringing plates/cups with me but I'll have some pots and serving utensils, possibly cutlery.

TiA!

I grew up with 1 sink. We never put any dishes down in the sink, that's all. When we had to soak in boiling water, we used a large pot as a soak basin.

I used to have one sink in our old house.

I just had two different racks for the sink. I put dishes in (on rack) and used hot water regularly.

Put racks in the sink: one for meat, one for dairy.

Swap as needed.

2 racks. 2 dish tubs if you need to soak utensils or serving pieces. Wash the sink with soapy water between genders.

This.

Two dish racks and two dish tubs (only if you want to soak dishes).

We were always careful not to touch the sink itself, not sure if that is halachah or not.

If you lower the water temperature and do not pour anything boiling hot in the sink (especially when there are other dishes in it) you will avoid alot of sheilos.

Thank you all.
Not going to get dish racks this year put that would help for placing the items in..

I guess the best solution is just washing everything right away so nothing sits and accidentally touches other items..

I had 3 basins (milchig, fleshig, pareve) and everything went into a bin. When the bin was full it got put into the sjnk, soaped and washed.

I got the fancy ones with a drain on the bottom
