Therapy therapy therapy!! And iced coffees lol., and friends who get it. Or don’t but don’t mind me venting at any time of day (I don’t expect immediate responses).
The only way I could do this is by surrounding myself with the right type or support and help that I need. I got very nervous from incompetent hoke health aids traipsing through my house all the time. I can handle my kids daily needs. The mental load is what got to me.

I did for several years. It was extremely traumatic and took me several more years to recover. I won't ever be the same. I don't have any good tips because I didn't handle it well. But you have my sympathy.

It's so hard...
And only to think about the regression since last year...
So many hospital stays, so many downs without too many ups...
