Buy shower curtain rings, wrap with green masking tape or duct tape, glue gun a fake rose or other flower onto it.

I see ideas for diy napkin rings online all the time, and they're so easy and cute looking, it's a pity I'm not actually interested in putting napkin rings on my table. I usually just put the napkins in the cups, or fold them like fans if I want to be fancy. For shavuos I fold the napkins like Torahs though.
